Come Say Hello
Meet the team.
Because we’re a small community, residents and their families get to know our senior living and service staff quickly. Our doors are always open to answer questions and discuss any matter – big or small. Here are some of the people that make Lamar Court Assisted Living a special place to live.
Care Management Coordinator
Cati Burns, the Care Management Coordinator at Lamar Court, feels strongly about her position at our community, “I love it so much. This job was made for me and I feel like I was made for this job,” she said.
Knowledgeable, passionate and a hugger…those are some of the words Cati’s coworkers associate with the Care Management Coordinator. Cati has worked at Lamar Court for two years and has been in the senior living industry for 20 years.
With a focus on caring for people, Donna Manco has worked with all age ranges to help improve lives. Lamar Court’s Administrator has experience in both teaching children and caring for seniors. Her Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Development and her Master of Education degree prepared her well. Both were earned at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Lori holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Kansas University with a minor in Public Relations. She grew up going on house calls with her father who was a physician with St. Luke’s Hospital. She saw firsthand his bedside manner and liked the comfort he showed to others.
Health Care Coordinator
Megan has been in the senior living industry for eight years. She says she has always wanted to be a nurse and has always enjoyed caring for people. She received her Registered Nursing degree from Neosha County Community College and a LPN degree from Cass Career Center in Harrisonville, Missouri.
